SC560.10ES Dual Power Excavator
Electric Power System
Equipped with the CRRC permanent magnet synchronous motor, its rated power reaches 200kW, with high torque, high durability and fast dynamic response. Adopting intelligent control technology, it realizes precise control of motor torque to meet the power demand of the main pump.
Diesel Power System
Equipped with Cummins X12 engine, its rated power reaches 343kW with high torque, high durability and faster dynamic response. Adopting EGR+DOC+DPF technology, it realizes precise control of intake air flow and fuel injection to meet the National IV emission standard, while reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
Hydraulic System
Equipped with Kawasaki 212 main pump, it achieves regeneration of the arm and fast oil return by optimizing the control strategy, and at the same time precisely controls the valve spool, which improves the digging energy efficiency and handling performance of the whole machine.
Handling Upgrades
With a large 8" touch screen, it is thinner, flashier, clearer and easier to operate;
Structural Parts of High-Strength Steel Plates
The steel plates of structural parts are made of high-strength plates with high strength and light weight; the key welding seams are robotically welded with good quality and beautiful appearance; the anti-collision beams are added on both sides of the rotary table to prevent collision injuries to the internal parts.
Uniquely-Constructed Lower Frame System
The chain wheel is changed to the supporting wheel, which improves the durability of lower frame, with stable and reliable quality, and the crawler adopts double-tooth crawler of strong gripping force.
New Air Conditioning System
Equipped with a new air conditioning system, its cooling effect is stronger and the air volume distribution is more reasonable. The air conditioning filter element realizes in-vehicle cleaning and maintenance, making cleaning simpler; the cab glass color is F green, preventing sunburns of the cab crew; and it comes with full protection as standard, which is stable, reliable and highly secure.
Bucket Upgrades
It is equipped with 2.9 square rock buckets as standard with 3.2 square earthmoving buckets as optional, realizing "one bucket for one case" to meet the requirements of different working conditions. At the same time, it optimizes the bucket type, increases the fluidity of material penetration and reduces friction. The average resistance of the digging process is reduced while the digging efficiency is increased.
Low Operating Costs
Powered by electricity, it saves nearly half of the operating costs compared to a diesel excavator of the same model.
High Adaptability
Mainly driven by electric power, it overcomes the shortcomings such as difficulty in starting at low temperature and insufficient power at high altitude; together with the configuration related to low-temperature and anti-radiation, it can play an excellent performance in harsh environments such as plateau and low temperature.
