Slewing bearing

• The slewing bearing is the core component of the excavator's slewing part, consisting of inner and outer rings and rolling elements. The inner ring is fixed to the upper structure and the outer ring is fixed to the lower structure, allowing the two to rotate relative to each other. The slewing bearing ensures the stability and flexibility of the excavator by bearing the weight and load of the upper structure.

Drive wheel

• The drive wheel provides power through the hydraulic system to push the crawler to move, thus making the excavator move.

Support sprocket

• The main function of the support sprocket of the excavator is to support the crawler of the excavator, prevent the crawler from sagging, play a lifting role, and can assist in guiding the crawler to a certain extent.

Track rollers

• The main function is to support the weight of the excavator and roll on the track links or track shoes of the track to guide the excavator's travel direction. It is also used to limit the lateral slippage of the track to ensure the stability of the excavator when traveling on uneven roads.

Oil-water separator

• Based on the density difference between oil and water, it separates the water from the fuel through gravity sedimentation and filtration.

Various detailed and easy-to-understand operating instructions and innovative jigs and fixtures have ensured the standardized production of products, giving the company a full range of structural components manufacturing capacity from 0.8T to 130T, with an annual output of more than 10,000 sets of structural components for excavators.
